Best Ever GCSE Results at Oakgrove School

A record-breaking set of GCSE results were celebrated at Oakgrove School today by students and staff. With an impressive 66% of students achieving a grade 9-5 in English and Maths and an attainment 8 score of 54, the grades are the best in the school’s history.

We are incredibly proud of the results achieved by our students at Oakgrove, Head of School, Nicola Irwin-Morris said.

The students must be congratulated for their commitment, resilience and determination, which has resulted in these amazing accomplishments. The GCSE results are testament to not only their hard work, but to the staff, parents and carers who have supported the students by providing encouragement for them to aim high.

The results will ensure they can move on to their next stage of education and we look forward to welcoming many of them to Oakgrove’s Sixth Form in September.
